Dress code and spirit wear

Riverside Leadership Academy’s Board of Directors maintains a dress code to promote unity and a strong sense of belonging within our school community. The dress code helps reduce bullying, peer pressure, and socio-economic differences by creating a shared, inclusive school identity.

By wearing school colors and spirit wear each day, students begin on equal footing and can focus on learning, relationships, and personal growth, rather than competing over clothing or appearance. Our dress code supports a positive school culture where every student feels valued, included, and proud to be part of RLA.
